Dyrektor Działu ITSM Processes & Tools (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is seeking a director to manage ITSM processes, tools, and interdisciplinary teams within the IT division, focusing on enterprise-class IT operations requiring high availability.

• Experience managing IT, ITSM processes, IT operations, or enterprise-class tools in organizations requiring high service availability
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes with ability to integrate process, technological, regulatory, and financial perspectives
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams, setting priorities, and developing competencies
• Knowledge of ITSM support solutions, especially Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, EazyBI, and CMDB
• Ability to use data, analytics, and AI tools to build transparent management information and improve processes

• Build and develop a coherent ITSM process management model, covering Change, Release, Problem, Major Incident, Service Level, Supplier Management, and SACM/CMDB
• Ensure compliance of ITSM processes with bank regulations, standards, audit, and control requirements
• Manage development and stability of integrated ITSM tool platform, including backlog prioritization, automation, and tool changes
• Manage teams responsible for ITSM processes and tools, ensuring effective collaboration
