Multimedia Technical Manager

This role is part of the NIQ global creative team focused on global B2B marketing and brand projects, primarily in animation and motion design.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in animation and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality animation and motion work.
• Advanced After Effects and strong Premiere Pro skills; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation, timing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in English is essential for working with a global team.
• Ability to develop visual concepts and storyboards independently from briefs.
• Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and willingness to experiment with new tools.

• Create 2D animation and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and digital content.
• Develop visual storyboards using images, layouts, and references.
• Transform creative briefs and concepts into animations, including typography, illustrations, UI/product animation, and brand assets.
• Edit videos and combine footage with animation and motion graphics when needed.
• Use AI tools for visual exploration, storyboarding, image generation, and creative development when appropriate.
• Adapt creative work for different formats and platforms while managing multiple projects.
