Wymagania
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Extensive experience in AI, data, or digital transformation with senior or leadership roles
- Proven track record of defining AI strategies and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of modern AI including ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, with technical depth to assess feasibility
- Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence or AI transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to align C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and on-site engagements
Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Obowiązki
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, shaping AI usage for business value
- Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, including vision, prioritization, investment cases, and ROI
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models, and capability-building programs
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives and collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure production delivery
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies like Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs to assess client strategic impact
- Drive AI adoption and change management, including training and communication to build AI literacy
- Contribute to business development through proposals, discovery engagements, and maintaining client relationships
