Enterprise Systems Administrator, Bulgaria (Remote)

DoiT is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to join their Enterprise Systems team. The role involves managing systems used by Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, including CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ tools. The position is remote and open to candidates in specified European countries or contractors in Eastern Europe and Portugal.

• Over 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (advanced Flow, data and security model), plus HubSpot and/or DealHub CPQ.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs; ability to script in Python or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to replace manual processes with automation or self-service solutions, with demonstrable examples.
• Systems thinking with good judgment on logic and data distribution across connected systems.
• Understanding of lead-to-quote-to-close process and the marketing funnel including lead lifecycle and attribution.
• Comfortable using AI coding and automation tools daily.
• Clear communication skills, able to push back constructively and collaborate with business users and engineers.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country of residence (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Git, SFDX, and depth in Gong, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot.
• Cloud platform experience.
• Experience with integration platforms or event-driven systems.

• Own the GTM systems as one connected whole, understanding data sharing among CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales-engagement tools.
• Analyze business requests to identify underlying problems, propose options, explain trade-offs, and make informed decisions.
• Eliminate recurring manual tasks by creating automation or self-service tools.
• Build automations, small tools, and integrations with simplicity and durability.
• Maintain a lean and trustworthy data model by retiring unused fields and enforcing data quality.
• Ensure integration reliability with proper API usage, error handling, monitoring, and consistent sandbox and production environments.
• Use AI tools for building solutions, investigation, and speeding routine work.
• Provide EMEA-hours support for the GTM stack and use insights to implement improvements.
• Document changes and follow change management practices from sandbox to production.
