Senior DevOps Engineer

BVNK is a stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises operating globally with Mastercard, enabling businesses to build financial products and move money across 130+ countries with 40+ licenses for fiat and digital assets. The company processes billions annually, providing infrastructure for stablecoins and fiat transactions through a single integration. • Extensive experience operating and scaling production systems in modern cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Deep expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong production experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent).
• Proven experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
• Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, network architecture (VPCs, firewalls, load balancers), permissions segregation, and secrets management.

Nice to have:

• Experience operating infrastructure in regulated environments such as payments, FinTech, or crypto/blockchain platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted developer workflows or automation tooling.
• Willingness to participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.

• Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture: Design, provision, and maintain secure, scalable multi-region cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• CI/CD & Deployment Automation: Architect and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Platform Reliability & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Security & Compliance Standards: Integrate DevSecOps practices and automated compliance.
• Developer Experience & Tooling: Build developer platforms and self-service tools.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentorship, champion operational excellence and automation.
