APIs and Integration Engineer

• 5+ years of experience configuring and securing SFTP/FTPS, ServU Gateway, PCS Gateway, and enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
• Proven ability to build reusable integration templates and automation scripts for repetitive interface patterns
• Practical development experience using webMethods Integration Server for file handling, transformation, and batch processing
• Skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting, along with experience in flat-file transformations (CSV, XML, fixed-width)
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools, automated test scripts, and intelligent file-monitoring platforms

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), plant labeling tools, and ERP inventory/warehouse file interfaces
• Experience with M&A IT carve-outs, data center exits, or large-scale plant separation programs
• Certifications in webMethods or cloud network security architectures

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) architecture supporting plant-to-SAP file transfers via ServU Gateway and PCS Gateway across multiple manufacturing sites
• Develop reusable integration templates, automated deployment scripts, and configuration frameworks to reduce interface build effort
• Use AI-powered code generation tools and automated templating to produce, test, and validate standardized SFTP/FTPS integration flows
• Configure file-polling, file-transformation, and routing services within the webMethods Integration Server to connect local plant storage with central hubs
• Set up and monitor batch job schedules, automated file archiving, error-handling routines, and reconciliation logs for high-volume transfers
• Execute unit testing, support wave-level SIT/UAT, and provide operational support during plant cutover rehearsals and go-live execution
