Wymagania

3+ years administering Atlassian JIRA in enterprise environments
Expertise with Jira Automation, JMWE, and Xray Test Management
Knowledge of Structure for Jira boards and reports configuration
Proficiency in Python scripting and REST API integrations
Experience troubleshooting application configuration and integration issues
Experience with incident resolution and root cause analysis
Familiarity with cloud migration processes including app gap analysis and re-platforming
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Obowiązki

Support end-user requests following operational guidelines
Maintain and extend automation rules using Jira Automation
Develop and manage workflows using Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE)
Manage Xray Test Management configurations and permissions
Configure and support Structure for Jira boards and reports
Troubleshoot configuration or integration issues
Develop Python scripts and REST API integrations for custom reporting and automation
Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
Support cloud migration initiatives, including app gap analysis and re-platforming
