Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT or engineering teams.
- Practical knowledge of SAFe.
- A servant-leadership mindset and confidence in guiding teams through change.
- Experience building and supporting self-organising teams.
- Understanding of software development processes and delivery practices.
- Previous technical experience or close cooperation with technical teams.
- Proven experience implementing organisational or process improvements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Scrum Master certification.
- Leadership experience, e.g. as a Team Lead or Product Owner.
- Knowledge of critical-thinking methods.
Obowiązki
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement.
- Help teams solve day-to-day challenges and improve their ways of working.
- Support the implementation of process and organisational changes.
- Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks together with development teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment and help teams become more self-organising.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Benefity

- Hybrid work model, 3 days per week in the office.
- Cooperation via B2B contract through KUBO.
- Salary range: 110-115 PLN/hour net B2B.
