Wymagania
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation, including senior or leadership roles in consulting or industry
- Proven track record of defining AI strategies and taking AI initiatives from idea to measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of modern AI (ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI) with technical depth to challenge architects and assess feasibility without daily hands-on involvement
- Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence, AI programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and align C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and on-site engagements
Obowiązki
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, shaping how organizations use AI to create measurable business value
- Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, from vision and prioritization to investment cases and expected ROI
- Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions, such as efficiency gains, new revenue streams, customer experience, and risk reduction
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models, and capability-building programs
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives, and work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure production and delivery of results
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs) and assess their strategic impact on clients’ business models and industries
- Drive AI adoption and change management, including training, communication, and building AI literacy across the organization
- Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, discovery engagements, and long-term client relationships
