Wymagania
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation including senior or leadership roles
- Proven track record of defining AI strategies and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies such as ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI with technical depth for feasibility assessment
- Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills with C-level, business, and technical teams
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and on-site engagements

- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders on AI usage and value creation
- Define and own AI strategy, vision, prioritization, investment cases, and ROI
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities in business functions such as efficiency and customer experience
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence and capability-building programs
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives and ensure delivery by architects and teams
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies like Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs, assessing strategic impact
- Drive AI adoption, training, communication, and AI literacy across organizations
- Contribute to business development through proposals, discovery engagements, and client relationships
