Senior System & Network Engineer

• Practical knowledge of Junos, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, VyOS, or similar network operating systems (NOS)
• Good knowledge of the TCP/IP stack
• Good knowledge of routing protocols, especially BGP and OSPF
• Good knowledge of Linux, especially network mechanisms
• Knowledge of DNS, particularly BIND and/or PowerDNS
• Fluent English communication skills, spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN, especially on NVIDIA Cumulus Linux and/or SONiC
• Knowledge of network security including firewall configuration, VPN, access control, and network segmentation
• Familiarity with networking in OpenStack and/or Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of network hardware vendors and ability to select appropriate solutions
• Experience with SONiC or other network operating systems (NOS)

• Design, deploy, and maintain physical network infrastructure, especially Juniper and NVIDIA/Mellanox devices
• Configure and administer Linux systems, VyOS, and OPNsense
• Automate administrative processes and tasks using Ansible and Python
• Diagnose and resolve network and performance problems
• Handle tickets and resolve issues as part of second-line support
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT, Agile, and Scrum
