Order Management Specialist with Portuguese (Supply chain)

• 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Understanding of commercial processes, international trade, and customer service operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, back orders, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain commercial and export documentation.
• Resolve operational issues and support a positive customer experience.
