Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Senior BI Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including query writing, optimization, and complex data model analysis.
- Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau, Looker Studio, Grafana, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage analytical projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data modeling and creation of scalable analytic structures.
- Aspiration to take on a leadership role in the future.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of analytical databases such as DuckDB and working with Iceberg format data.
- Experience with dbt.
- Knowledge of Python with data analysis libraries.
- Experience using the AWS ecosystem (Glue/Athena).
Obowiązki
- Building and developing the data ecosystem within the organization.
- Selecting appropriate market tools matching organizational scale.
- Identifying, acquiring, and integrating data sources to analyze processes and support business activities.
- Modeling data and creating logical analytical layers for intuitive data use.
- Designing and creating reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Conducting in-depth ad hoc analyses and preparing recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with representatives from product, marketing, sales, and operations to understand their needs and deliver valuable insights.
- Participating in optimization projects and supporting A/B testing.
- Ensuring data consistency, quality, and availability across the company.
- Educating teams on data usage and analytical tools.
- Preparing to launch and scale the Data Department in the future.
