Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project implementation, especially in Retail.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP system and business processes related to retail, procurement, logistics, and master data management.
- Experience in configuration and deployment of SAP solutions as well as business process analysis and optimization.
- Participation in full project life cycles from requirements analysis to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Ability to conduct workshops, testing, and user training.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations and basic ABAP code reading skills is a plus.
- Good command of Polish and English languages.
- Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SAP integrations and basics of ABAP coding.
Obowiązki
- Manage implementation, transformation, and development projects in SAP Retail and integrated systems supporting commercial and logistics processes.
- Test, deploy, and optimize IT solutions including integration between SAP and external systems.
- Design, configure, and develop SAP Retail solutions, focusing on Master Data Management, workflow, and retail/supply chain processes.
- Maintain and enhance SAP Retail functionalities and integration with retail and supply chain systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions covering SAP and integrated IT systems and interfaces.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business partners on development, integration, and optimization of SAP-based solutions.
- Monitor applications, interfaces, and integrations; identify issues and initiate improvements in SAP and related systems.
