UX/UI Specialist

Devire IT Outsourcing offers collaboration dedicated to IT specialists based on own business principles, working with clients implementing innovative and modern projects. The client is a European public sector organization.

• Minimum 3 years experience designing user interfaces for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
• Experience analyzing user needs and gathering UX requirements.
• Very good knowledge of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), and interface ergonomics.
• Ability to prepare wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Practical experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, or Framer.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, especially HTML5.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Awareness of technological constraints affecting interface design.
• Experience designing applications based on the SharePoint platform is a significant advantage.

• Analyze business needs and end-user requirements.
• Design intuitive and usable user interfaces for applications and business systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business, technical, and user requirements into UX/UI solutions.
• Define and develop GUI design standards and usability principles.
• Verify compliance of solutions with UX/UI standards.
• Optimize user experience and conduct usability analysis.
• Collaborate closely with developers on interface implementation and consider technological constraints.
• Participate in implementing the presentation layer of applications.
• Create visual materials, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support development of solutions based on the SharePoint platform.

Remote cooperation with occasional visits to the office in Warsaw. Daily communication in English.
