Test Automation Engineer

Devire IT Outsourcing is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B, delivering projects for clients engaged in innovative and modern ventures. The client is a producer and distributor of media content and streaming services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automated testing
• Higher education, preferably technical fields
• Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, best practices, types of tests, and testing tools
• Very good knowledge of Java, TypeScript programming languages
• Very good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST Assured, Allure Report, Jenkins, Maven, Playwright
• Very good knowledge of version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, GitLab
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of supporting testing process tools: JIRA, Confluence, SQL Developer, SoapUI/Postman, Excel
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• English language proficiency sufficient for using technical documentation and communication in a professional environment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AWS environment, Datadog, Appium
• ISTQB certification

• Preparing automated test scripts based on provided documentation or team information
• Analyzing and preparing data required for automated tests following established scenarios
• Running automated tests and reporting results according to set procedures
• Analyzing test reports and submitting error reports per procedures
• Developing and maintaining existing automated test scripts and CI/CD process configurations
• Configuring automated testing environments
• Implementing and developing new testing methods, methodologies, and tools
• Creating and maintaining electronic documentation for automated tests as a knowledge base
