Senior AI Engineer

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience building an agent harness, agent factory, or comparable agentic platform from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in cloud engineering, including infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience working within complex enterprise organizations.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with governance, controls, and architectural standards.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, remote teams aligned with European time zones.
• Technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to engage directly with senior architects and engineering leadership.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Experience integrating with legacy systems such as mainframes, core banking platforms, legacy middleware, or messaging systems.
• Experience modernizing environments with significant legacy infrastructure.

• Designing and building agentic AI platform capabilities from the ground up.
• Developing and delivering cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Establishing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploying and operating solutions in enterprise environments while adhering to architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with client architects, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Supporting integration between modern AI solutions and existing enterprise systems.
• Working within highly regulated environments that include significant legacy infrastructure.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
