Wymagania
- Excellent professional language skills in German and English (spoken and written, C2 level)
- Strong passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus
- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work five days per week between 07:00 – 21:00, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Legal right to live and work in Poland without visa sponsorship
- Relevant professional experience within the travel industry, including advising clients and booking travel arrangements
Nice to have:
- Experience with remote or hybrid working meeting specific home office requirements in Poland
Obowiązki
- Advising premium cardholder clients by phone and email in German or French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
