Wymagania
- Excellent written and spoken professional German and English skills (C2 level)
- Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle including gastronomy, events, and culture
- GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week between 07:00 – 21:00, on Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
- Legal right to live and work in Poland without visa sponsorship
Note: Relevant professional experience in the travel industry with hands-on advising and booking experience is essential.

Obowiązki
- Advising clients (premium cardholders) by phone and email in German or French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
