Wymagania
- Excellent language skills in professional German and English, written and spoken (C2 level)
- Strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
- Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
- Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 07:00 – 21:00 (either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
- Legal right to live and work in Poland without visa sponsorship
- Relevant professional experience within the travel industry with hands-on experience in advising clients and booking travel arrangements

- Located in Poland
- Secure home office environment free from background noise
- Minimum internet speeds as part of remote/hybrid work requirements
Obowiązki
- Advising premium cardholder clients by phone and email in German or French and English
- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
