ServiceNow Architect (Enterprise Architecture, ITSM/Platform)

The role is within Capgemini Poland's Application Business Line (ABL), part of a strong Low-Code Hub in Poland, working with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow.

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in enterprise environments
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow suites including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST API, SOAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and SAML
• Relevant certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA) are advantageous

• Define end‑to‑end architecture across business, information, systems, and technology
• Design ServiceNow‑based enterprise workflows and ITSM solutions
• Provide consultancy to senior stakeholders and guide technical decisions
• Lead architectural governance and act as design authority
• Support bids, proposals, and pre‑sales engagements
• Drive innovation and contribute to new digital solution offerings
• Support delivery of complex, large‑scale platform implementations
