ServiceNow Administrator (ITSM, Platform Administration)

The role is part of the Application Business Line (ABL) in Poland's Low-Code Hub, which includes over 400 professionals working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, and SAP, contributing to international projects focused on application delivery and business process optimization.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Holds the ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Understands ITSM, CMDB, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with databases, web services, and integration standards including REST API, SOAP, SSO, and SAML.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Confident communication in English at C1 level, effectively working with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CSM, HRSD, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
• ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities to support business needs.
• Handle operational support processes, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver platform improvements.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain version alignment across environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
