Senior Intelligent Automation Consultant

The role is within the Intelligent Automation & AI team focusing on designing, building, and implementing business process automation solutions using the UiPath platform and modern AI tools.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with the UiPath platform.
• Practical experience independently leading implementation projects.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Familiarity with system integration processes (API, data files, web services).
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Team Leader.

• Design, build, and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Lead technical projects and oversee the quality of delivered solutions.
• Analyze and model business processes for automation.
• Design architecture for RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, and stabilization of production environments.
• Define and develop development, design, and architectural standards.
• Mentor and provide substantive support to team members; participate in recruitment.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations for clients.
• Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing automation initiatives.
• Prepare solution concepts, pricing, and estimations during presales.
• Co-create service offerings for Intelligent Automation & AI, including Agentic AI and Generative AI topics.
