BI & Analytics Lead

Roboticket provides ticketing technology to sports clubs and leagues globally, focusing on data-driven solutions to enhance fan engagement and commercial performance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Fluency in English as the daily working language in an international environment.
• Experience in data analysis, KPI design, and storytelling with data.
• Ability to work independently from defining questions to presenting recommendations.
• Clear communication skills with both business and technical teams.

• Own and develop Roboticket’s reporting and analytics offering for clubs and leagues, setting priorities and shaping its roadmap.
• Work directly with clubs and leagues to understand their business needs and translate them into clear analytical questions.
• Define meaningful KPIs covering ticket sales, revenue, attendance, fan engagement, and retention.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analyses using AWS Quick and data sources such as PostgreSQL.
• Use AI to automate reporting and analysis, identify trends and anomalies, and develop proactive insights and recommendations.
• Turn analytical findings into practical recommendations to help clubs improve commercial performance and understand their fans.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability behind reports.
• Support clubs and leagues in using analytics in daily decisions, gather feedback, and improve delivered tools continuously.
