Senior DevOps Engineer - Application Management

• Expertise in operating and automating end-to-end data pipelines
• Strong communication skills to teach and convey messages professionally

• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage challenging conversations
• Multiple years of experience within application management, operations, or monitoring
• 5+ years' experience in data warehousing, BI, and analytics within engineering, test, development, or architecture
• Some team or technical leadership experience preferred
• ELT/ETL development using GUI-based tools such as IBM DataStage, ADF, Stitch, or Matillion
• Data/software engineering skills in Java, Scala, Python, and SQL
• Continuous Integration and Deployment experience using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, GIT/Bitbucket
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes
• Automate monitoring and reconciliation
• Perform release deployment, verification, follow-up, and incident investigations and management
• Provide application governance and compliance
• Operate and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DataOps/BizDevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and enhance collaboration, automation, and efficiency
• Collaborate with architects and hardware/infrastructure engineers to support Nordea BizDevOps ambitions
