Senior Machine Engineer

This role is within a global consumer brand active in the retail and e-commerce industry, working with an international team and Danish brand.

• 5+ years in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Applied Machine Learning
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale in production
• Advanced skills in Python and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark MLlib
• Preferred experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Hadoop
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, JIRA, and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Background in retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or e-commerce
• Experience with forecasting projects

• Own the machine learning lifecycle from problem framing and prototyping to deployment and monitoring
• Design and improve reliable and reproducible data pipelines
• Connect machine learning systems with enterprise data sources such as PLM, ERP (AX / SAP), and o9
• Drive MLOps best practices including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and automated retraining
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop ML solutions
• Define KPIs and continuously improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
