Frontend Skills: Strong expertise in Angular (12+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, modern HTML5/CSS3, and responsive UI principles.
APIs & Databases: Practical experience designing secure RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and working with both MongoDB and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
Testing & Quality Standards: Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma) and clean coding practices (DDD, layered architecture, OWASP security).
Agile Mindset: Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.

Nice to have:

Hands-on exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Initial experience integrating LLM/Generative AI into applications.

Obowiązki

APIs & Databases: Implement secure RESTful APIs and optimize data models for both MongoDB and SQL databases.
Quality & Security: Write comprehensive tests (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine) and ensure code meets enterprise architecture and security standards (OWASP, OAuth2).
DevOps & Cloud: Containerize applications using Docker, deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Performance & Support: Implement monitoring/observability, optimize system resilience (caching, circuit breakers), and resolve production issues (RCA).
Agile & AI: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and explore Generative AI / LLM integrations.

Benefity

Stable Employment: Permanent, full-time employment contract with a competitive salary package.
Balanced Hybrid Model: A flexible setup with 3 days in our modern Warsaw office and 2 days remote.
Cutting-Edge Stack: Hands-on work with modern technologies (Java 17, Cloud/OpenShift) and opportunities to explore Generative AI / LLM implementations.
Professional Growth: Dedicated budget for training, certifications, tech conferences, and clear career progression paths.
Comprehensive Benefits: Premium private healthcare, life insurance, sports card (e.g., MultiSport), and high-spec hardware/workstation setup.
Engineering Culture: A collaborative Agile environment that champions clean code, continuous learning, and architectural autonomy.
