Wymagania
- 5 years of experience in data modeling.
- Strong grasp of both normalized and denormalized data models.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Familiarity with the Teradata Vantage Data Model or similar.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Collaborative nature with negotiation skills regarding stakeholder interests.
- Experience with co-creation methods.
- Strong command of English (C1).
Obowiązki
- Support the evolution of the Group Data Model (GDM) for UDP, including the lifecycle, boundaries, and backlog.
- Establish modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices for stable teams.
- Support data product teams in designing and developing the Group logical and physical data model.
- Provide rapid mapping from business concepts to the Teradata mLDM structure.
- Review and integrate model changes with quality controls.
- Ensure alignment between model, glossary, and governance.
- Measure adoption and impact of the data model.
