Mid Project Manager

co.brick talents is searching for a Mid Project Manager to manage technology projects. The company operates remotely and offers cooperation via B2B contract. The role requires managing software development projects with agile methodologies and client communication.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects independently.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana or similar).
• Ability to work with project metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts, scope evolution).
• Very good business and technical communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Project management certifications (PSM I / CSM, PMP, PRINCE2 Agile).
• Experience in software houses, interactive agencies, or international projects.

• Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from initiation to production deployment.
• Facilitate and moderate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban): Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective.
• Remove impediments affecting project progress.
• Manage budget control, risk, and track project KPIs.
• Report work status clearly and manage scope changes (Scope Management).
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
