IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Very good knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and building data warehouse solutions
• Knowledge of data modeling and data integration processes
• Knowledge of SAS (4GL, macros, Enterprise Guide, Data Integration Studio)
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data standardization processes for entities (identification, address, contact, and registry data)
• Knowledge of entity deduplication: identification of potentially identical records, defining comparison rules, selection of matching attributes, and analysis of exceptions and edge cases
• Ability to create and maintain data quality rules (completeness, correctness, consistency, uniqueness) in data feeding and processing processes
• Experience analyzing deduplication and standardization results: control reports, explaining discrepancies, recommending rule or source data corrections
• Knowledge of data quality issues and testing of data solutions
• Ability to collaborate with business and independently conduct analytical agreements

• Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions to improve client data quality in source systems and data warehouses
• Implementing and optimizing deduplication, standardization, and validation processes for identification, address, contact, and registry data
• Creating data quality control rules and analyzing exceptions
• Analyzing business processes and translating business requirements into data and analytical solutions
• Designing data models, feeding processes, and data transformations
• Participating in data warehouse architecture development and modernization projects
• Collaborating with analysts, business users, architects, and IT teams
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
• Participating in data quality testing and analysis
