Analytics Engineer

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years in analytics engineering, BI, or data engineering with 2-3 years in complex enterprise environments
• Experience owning end-to-end analytical products including data modeling, transformations, dashboards, and stakeholder delivery at senior individual contributor level
• Proficient in building and maintaining ETL pipelines using Databricks, Python, SQL, PySpark, and strong data modelling knowledge
• Responsible for production reliability, validation, reconciliation and failure resolution with documentation
• Experience partnering with IT to move solutions through formal SDLC and change-management processes
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills, working independently across locations, including mentoring juniors

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with financial markets and market data
• Experience with Apache Spark, Amazon S3, Redshift or similar cloud data platforms
• Prior experience in analytics teams within financial services or capital markets
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM or similar client data platforms
• Knowledge of Google Cloud and Enterprise AI tools such as Vertex AI or Gemini
• Exposure to AI-supported analytics or agent design patterns like RAG, orchestration, and routing

• Contribute across the full analytical lifecycle, including data modelling and development of Tableau dashboards and reports
• Design, implement and maintain high-quality ETL and Lakehouse pipelines across Databricks and Amazon Redshift
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand key business questions and produce analytical products
• Develop and enhance enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards communicating trends and performance
• Contribute to data design decisions including data freshness, transformation layers, and analytical layer
• Identify data quality issues and partner with upstream teams to resolve them
• Support team management and strategic planning working closely with local VP
