Senior Product Owner

This role is within a team responsible for developing digital banking solutions for business clients in the banking industry.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product development as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or complex financial sector products.
• Practical product knowledge in payments, liquidity management, cards, etc.
• Ability to independently manage product processes from discovery to implementation.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities.
• Practical knowledge of API integration issues.
• Knowledge of regulations related to payments and digital product security.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of product analytics.
• Knowledge of electronic banking integration with ERP or TMS systems.
• Experience in consulting or delivering services to external clients.

• Lead discovery and delivery of corporate products available through electronic channels.
• Identify client problems and needs and translate them into product development directions.
• Analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Formulate and test product hypotheses.
• Co-create and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business goals.
• Define KPIs and monitor product results.
• Represent the customer perspective at every stage of product development.
• Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders.
