Wymagania
- 5+ years experience architecting and deploying complex MS Copilot Studio solutions including governance and security.
- Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with focus on intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows.
- Deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem including Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and low-code architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills for creating clear training paths and documentation.
- Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy.
- Strong understanding of system integration, connectors, and APIs to enrich Copilot Studio agents.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Obowiązki
- Design and implement a self-service support framework guiding non-technical users through agent creation in MS Copilot Studio.
- Develop training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers.
- Define technical architecture ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and integration via Power Automate and APIs.
- Serve as lead technical mentor and final escalation point for complex agent configurations.
- Define the lifecycle of an agent including concept ideation, training, deployment, governance, and maintenance.
- Develop strategies to promote and communicate the support service's value to stakeholders.
