Wymagania
- 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis with strong knowledge of core frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and its integration with software development and deployment phases
- Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
- Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) is a major advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured problem-solving approach
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, coachability, and strong desire to learn emerging technologies
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2 minimum) with strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
Nice to have:
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or natural language processing (NLP)
Obowiązki
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
- Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
- Actively participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
- Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency
