Wymagania
- 5+ years experience architecting and deploying solutions within MS Copilot Studio including governance and security
- Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with focus on intuitive UI/UX and workflows
- Deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem including Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and low-code architecture
- Strong communication skills for simplifying technical concepts and creating structured training and documentation
- Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy
- Strong understanding of system integration and leveraging connectors and APIs
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Obowiązki
- Design and implement a self-service support framework guiding non-technical users in MS Copilot Studio agent creation to maximize adoption
- Develop training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers
- Define scalable, secure, compliant technical architecture integrated with business systems via Power Automate and APIs
- Provide direct support, deployment assistance, and serve as escalation point for complex agent configurations
- Define agent lifecycle including ideation, training, deployment, governance, and maintenance
- Develop strategy to promote and sell the new support service to technical and non-technical stakeholders
