Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions within MS Copilot Studio including governance and security best practices
- Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with focus on intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows
- Deep knowledge of the Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with strong understanding of low-code architecture
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts and produce structured training and clear documentation
- Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy beyond immediate build
- Strong understanding of system integration points and leveraging connectors and APIs to enhance Copilot Studio agents
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Obowiązki
- Design and implement a self-service support framework to assist non-technical users in creating agents in MS Copilot Studio
- Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers
- Define scalable, secure, and compliant technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments integrated with business systems via Power Automate and APIs
- Provide direct support and deployment assistance to business users and act as the final escalation point for complex agent configurations
- Manage the entire agent lifecycle from concept through deployment, governance, and maintenance
- Develop and promote the strategy for the new support service, articulating its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
