Intelligent Automation Business Analyst

• 2+ years practical experience in business analysis with knowledge of core frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
• Solid understanding of SDLC and integration of business analysis in software development and deployment
• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
• UiPath expertise with foundational certifications or hands-on experience considered an advantage
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, coachability, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or natural language processing (NLP)

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
• Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
• Participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
• Support project team across all SDLC phases, translating business needs into technical requirements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and collaborate with developers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency
