Senior Power Platform MS Copilot Enablement Engineer

• 5+ years experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio including governance and security
• Experience designing documentation and processes for non-technical users with focus on intuitive UI/UX
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse; strong understanding of low-code architecture
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and create structured training
• Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy
• Strong understanding of system integration and use of connectors and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Design and implement a self-service support framework guiding non-technical users through agent creation in MS Copilot Studio to enhance adoption
• Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers
• Define technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and integration via Power Automate and APIs
• Serve as lead technical mentor and escalation point for complex agent configurations
• Define lifecycle of agents from ideation to deployment, governance, and maintenance
• Develop strategy to promote and sell the support service, articulating its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
