H2B Group is a consulting company helping clients automate business processes using AI and supporting IT specialists developing careers within the B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors. The client for this project is a bank-financial sector institution undergoing a multi-year digital transformation program focused on designing digital banking products based on user needs and research results.
Wymagania
- Minimum 7–8 years of commercial UX design experience
- Experience in projects for banking/financial sector
- Experience designing digital products in the banking-financial industry
- Experience moderating Design Sprint/Design Thinking workshops or supporting the moderator
- Experience preparing and conducting usability tests
- Ability to verify business assumptions considering user needs
- Ability to design based on research findings
- Experience developing and using a Design System
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams, researchers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
- Notice period not exceeding 30 days
- Willingness to work hybrid (approximately one day per week in office) and cooperate under B2B model (locations: Warszawa, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin, Szczecin)
Obowiązki
- Design digital products in the banking and financial sector
- Participate in project workshops (Design Sprint, Design Thinking) as a moderator or support moderator
- Prepare and conduct usability testing
- Verify business assumptions in the context of user needs
- Develop optimal solutions for end users based on research results
- Develop and utilize the Design System
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, development teams, analysts, and business clients
