Wymagania
- Communicative level of French and good command of English
- Experience working in a Mainframe support, operations, or infrastructure environment
- Knowledge of Mainframe technologies and willingness to further develop expertise
- Experience with IBM z/OS (MVS) or other Mainframe operating environments
- Experience with scheduling tools such as IWS
- Basic understanding of Linux and/or Windows systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to work in a two-shift model as part of a 24/7 service
Obowiązki
- Monitoring and supervision of Mainframe and distributed IT infrastructure
- Handling incidents, alerts, and service
- Executing operational tasks by strictly following documented procedures and operational guidelines
- Performing health checks and analyzing results on customer infrastructures
- Supporting daily operations of z/OS environments and job schedulers
- Collaborating with international teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence
- Contributing to incident resolution and continuous service improvement
