Data Analyst - Social Listening, Search & NLP

Our client operates an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform delivering strategic insights for global brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer.

• 5+ years of experience in social listening research and consumer insights
• Proven experience with social listening tools, preferably Brandwatch and YouScan
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and regex
• 5+ years of experience in search research or SEO optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Competency in any of the following languages is advantageous: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Indonesian, Tagalog

Social Listening and Data Management:

• Craft and maintain social listening queries in Brandwatch and YouScan, ensuring high-quality data capture and minimising spam
• Regularly refine queries to adapt to evolving conversations and maintain relevance
• Conduct manual data coding and management for eCommerce reviews and other textual data
• Ensure NLP accuracy through ongoing monitoring and optimization

NLP and Data Processing:

• Develop NLP rules using regex for backend data processing
• Implement data validation and cleansing techniques to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve NLP models and data processing pipelines

Search:

• Curate and maintain search keyword universes that give insight into search behaviour in given product categories
• Contribute to the development of data-backed strategic recommendations
