Wymagania
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or leading technology/IT services providers
- Programme and project management qualifications with in-depth knowledge of their methods
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and work with data
- Risk awareness and understanding of risk management frameworks, especially the three lines of defence model
- Solid grasp of technology within financial services, including modern tech stacks
- Knowledge of European financial regulations such as PSD2, GDPR, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act
- Experience partnering with executive teams and delivering results collaboratively
- Background in retail banking and familiarity with Revolut's products and services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Sharp decision-making and problem resolution abilities
Nice to have:
- Technology and change delivery experience at a leading global consultancy
- Experience building or scaling technology functions at financial services or fintech institutions
- Certifications such as CCMP, ITIL, or PMP
Obowiązki
- Assess initiatives that require IT changes
- Identify dependencies, impact, and risks; ensure proper analysis, testing, and management
- Represent the Technology team in larger change and transformation programmes and own relevant tasks
- Build and optimise scalable processes to support hyper-growth
- Lead and execute projects end to end
- Prepare reports and keep directors and stakeholders updated
- Resolve issues with management and stakeholders
Benefity
- Compensation range in Krakow and Poland: PLN 12,800 - PLN 27,500 gross monthly
