- Strong technical background and experience in an engineering role.

- Experience in working self-driven and self-organizing.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Obowiązki
- Publish deep-dive videos connecting search, vector databases, agentic workflows, and observability including OpenTelemetry.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in search, AI, and observability.
- Build and publish open-source demos and example applications on GitHub integrating Elasticsearch with developer and AI tools.
- Contribute to Elasticsearch Labs and Elastic's YouTube channel.
- Create high-quality technical videos covering foundational concepts, sophisticated use cases, and research trends.
- Explore and explain Elasticsearch integrations with tools and protocols, e.g., LLMs, frameworks, OpenTelemetry, and cloud providers.
- Prototype and publish sample applications demonstrating end-to-end Search + AI or observability use cases.
- Innovate Elastic's content creation to engage current users and attract new audiences.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on hands-on experience and community interactions.
