LUX MED Sp. z o.o. operates within the healthcare sector and is recruiting for a junior specialist role focused on IT maintenance standards in their IT departments.

• Higher education or students in progress, preferably in IT
• Basic knowledge of ITSM concepts
• Basic understanding of Access Management, Change Management, and Incident Management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL basics or willingness to acquire it
• English language proficiency sufficient for technical documentation (min. B1)
• Basic knowledge of Windows environment and Active Directory
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Accuracy, responsibility, and proactive autonomous task completion
• Developed analytical, organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication
• Ability to create documentation, procedures, and instructions and support projects improving IT processes and service quality
• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract (substitution)

• Support development and updating of IT maintenance and technology standards in LUX MED IT departments
• Maintain and update process documentation, procedures, and IT standards
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and support lines L1 and L2 regarding current standards and processes
• Prepare data and reports for internal and external audits
• Support creation, updating, and documentation of IT processes
• Monitor execution of maintenance processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and indicators regarding IT service and process quality
• Cooperate with IT staff on projects and initiatives related to IT service development
• Participate in implementations of new IT support systems
• Support management and updating of the IT service catalog
