Wymagania
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for customer communication.
- German language proficiency at B1 level or higher for customer communication.
- Strong computer and application skills with basic knowledge of Windows Server, HTTP protocol, web servers, and Git version control.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and politely explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) with critical usage ability.
- Thoroughness, precision, and responsibility.
- Proactiveness and ownership in ticket resolution and documentation.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL.
- PowerShell skills.
- Administration of applications and dependencies.
Obowiązki
- Processing and handling service desk requests including incident management, service, and feature requests.
- Creation and maintenance of support-related documentation.
- Cooperation with development and infrastructure teams.
- Deployment of application instances in on-premises and hosted environments.
- Evaluation of applied fixes.
- Proposing improvements to technical and business workflows to enhance team performance.
