Software Developer / Engineer

The role involves collaboration with global teams and US-based stakeholders during their operating hours.

• Experience as a technically strong Software Engineer in application development, system integrations, and agile delivery.
• Strong software engineering capability combined with business and systems understanding.
• Experience with the full software delivery lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET/.NET Core) and Python.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, automation scripts, and data transformation solutions.
• Ability to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Develop and enhance business applications.
• Support system integrations and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements.
• Support client-facing technology needs.
• Resolve production issues and deliver continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with global technology teams when required.

Business Partnership & Solution Delivery:

• Work directly with Fund Services business teams and clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance on solution options, feasibility, and implementation approaches.
• Support business users through testing, implementation, and adoption of new functionality.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Application Engineering:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# (.NET/.NET Core) and Python.
• Develop APIs, integrations, automation scripts, and data transformation solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements.
• Support production applications and resolve technical issues.
