R&I – PLM Project Coordinator

• Fluent English used in daily work and good communication skills.
• Good computer and analytical skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management abilities in a highly international environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, IT, or Engineering.
• Experience with SAP, Infor PLM software, and advanced Excel skills is a plus.
• Experience in systems business support in the food or pharmaceutical industry and programming knowledge are benefits.

• Support users from Specification, Product & Packaging development, Quality, and Operations departments by resolving daily issues and answering technical questions.
• Ensure correctness of data in systems through regular data and interface monitoring.
• Collaborate daily with Key Users and IT teams on system improvements.
• Train new users and prepare instructions.
• Participate in delivery of new system functionalities and improvements by writing functional specifications, performing system tests, and updating instructions.
