Data & Analytics Lead

• 6+ years experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering solving complex product and business problems.
• Expert-level Dune skills with advanced SQL proficiency and experience building on-chain queries, datasets, dashboards, and analyses.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain data, including DEXes, DEX aggregators, swaps, liquidity, routing, transactions, events, traces, and smart contract interactions.
• Strong AI-native working experience with hands-on use of Cursor for analytics acceleration, automation, and AI-enabled data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, processing, automation, and AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms including ClickHouse and Airflow, covering data modeling, pipelines, transformations, and observability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business and product questions into structured hypotheses, robust analyses, and clear answers.
• Strong ownership and communication skills to create scalable, self-service data and AI capabilities.

• Shape and build a self-service data and AI platform enabling better questions, answers, and decisions.
• Create intuitive ways to explore trusted data using AI, natural language, dashboards, and analytical interfaces.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and agents that accelerate analysis and uncover insights while ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
• Turn complex business and product questions into structured analyses, clear insights, and actionable answers.
• Develop metrics and analytical frameworks linking user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, market dynamics, and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and risks while establishing standards for analytical quality and decision support.
• Design and evolve data architecture, models, pipelines, and transformations integrating on-chain and off-chain data.
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, discoverability, and accessibility with high standards for quality and performance.
• Use Dune at an expert level to investigate DEX aggregators, swaps, liquidity, routing, users, protocols, and markets.
• Combine blockchain, product, and business data to create comprehensive views of users, ecosystem activity, and market dynamics.
