Senior Quality Engineer

Future Processing is a company operating in Gliwice, Poland, and is hiring for a senior quality engineering position focused on test automation.

• Minimum 4 years experience in test automation.
• Experience designing and implementing testing strategies (manual and automated).
• Proficient knowledge of Playwright.
• Ability to work with databases (SQL).
• Experience in requirements analysis, creating test plans and test cases.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in mentoring.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (documentation, team communication).
• Knowledge of approaches such as BDD, ATDD, Specification by Example.
• Experience in one of the areas: Performance (k6, Gatling, Jmeter), DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI, cloud), or Data (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark).
• Knowledge of another testing framework (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
• Conscious use of Generative AI in software development and project decisions.

• Responsible for comprehensive solutions co-created with the team.
• Creating or modifying solutions.
• Creating and modifying documentation.
• Analyzing and optimizing solutions for existing or planned systems.
• Analyzing client requirements to deliver optimal business solutions.
• Analyzing potential risks.
• Adapting solutions according to business requirements.
