Junior IT Analyst

• Strong requirements analysis skills, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Professional business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Good business and banking domain knowledge
• Understanding of complex system architecture and communication methods
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work with technical and business aspects
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-organize, plan independently, and adapt to change
• Proactive, creative, and innovative approach

• Experience working in a Nordic bank

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive requirements activities within change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Apply business and data modelling to support solution design and software development
• Support downstream and reporting solutions working with large and complex datasets
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners
• Provide technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals, and studies
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability, and quality in the production environment
• Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, standards, quality, and timelines
• Collaborate with implementation teams in line with SAFe Agile practices
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching, and review within the area
• Contribute to simplifying and modernising the application portfolio
